Accommodations at Camp Turk

In our beautiful camp located in the Adirondack Mountains, campers are housed in cabins with twin beds & bunk beds. All cabins are solid wood and stone construction with their own bathrooms & storage space. There are anywhere from 14 to 20 campers per cabin. Campers are bunked by age. On the camp application, you may request to room with one friend who is the same age.

LIBRARY

For the avid readers among us, we’re pleased to provide a library filled with some great books for you to enjoy.

MUSIC HALL

Instrumental and vocal concerts and theatrical performances can be enjoyed by all - both performers and attendees - at our beautiful music hall.

DINING HALL

You’ll enjoy your meals in our spacious dining hall, which is managed by a professional food service company.

OFFICE

Our office is where all the behind-the-scenes magic begins! Mail is distributed from the office porch.

CHAPEL IN THE PINES

Hidden deep in our beautiful forest is a magical place. Our chapel in the pines is home to a very special tradition where campers and staff will meet to read poetry, stories of reflection and sing songs. It is a special camp wide event that brings us closer as a community.

ATHLETIC FIELDS

Whether it is kickball, basketball, gaga ball, tennis, pickleball, soccer or any other activity to get you moving, we have the fields and courts for it!

BEARS DEN

With 1500+ acres, there are many fun surprises to discover and Bear's Den is one of them! Bear's Den is a lean-to structure with picturesque views of Round Lake.

CANDY STORE

Our Candy Store stocks drinks, treats, toys, necessities and camp memorabilia like sweatshirts/t-shirts. Campers can buy items using their camp credit account (set up on check-in day). We even have ice creams, a slushie machine and a popcorn machine!

INFIRMARY

Our infirmary is centrally located in camp. It is where campers and staff will receive daily medications or where they will seek the attention of our registered nurses who are on site 24/7.

RECREATION HALL

Our recreation hall is home to many activities! Basketball games, ping pong, board games, fashion shows, camp dances and so much more are often held in our recreation hall.

OVERNIGHT

Our overnight site is a special treat at the end of a hike! With lean-tos for overnight camping, a fire pit for camp dining and lots of tree stump seating, it is a favorite for so many! Our younger campers' hike to the overnight site and enjoy an afternoon there with campfire dining and our older campers are able to actually spend the night! Get ready for s'mores and ghost stories!

WATERFRONT

Our 52-acre private lake is incredible! We have sandy shores for swimming, docks for fishing, and so many boats to try!

THEATRE

Talent shows, skits, improv, and karaoke all happen here! With a stage, cinema seating, and lighting/sound boards, we are ready to host all our young performing artists!

Meals

Three delicious, nutritious meals are prepared by a professional food service company. Meals are designed to be popular with children. Please let our nurses know if there are any food allergies or other special dietary needs. There are multiple options at every meal including a fresh salad bar.
